Q. I received a wrong/damaged/defective item. What do I do?

A. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please email merchandise@brantfordbulldogs.com or call 519-858-8500 during regular business hours and we will work as quickly as we can to right this wrong.

Q. What is the Bulldogsshop return policy?

A. The Bulldogsshop will gladly exchange to any customer that is not completely satisfied with their online order within thirty days unless stated otherwise, e.g. customized jerseys. If you have any issues with your order, please call 519-858-8500 during regular business hours or email merchandise@brantfordbulldogs.com and we will ensure that you get the Bulldogs merchandise you need to fit your needs.
