About Us

The Dog House is the official team store of the Hamilton Bulldogs. We are located at FirstOntario Centre, 101 York Boulevard, Hamilton, Ontario.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9a.m. to 5 p.m. (enter through the Bulldogs office)

Regular Season and Playoff Games: One hour before game time until the game ends (located on the concourse level of FirstOntario Centre). Must have a valid ticket to enter.

Return Policy

The Hamilton Bulldogs will gladly exchange or refund items in the form of a store credit within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state (unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached).

Online Orders

All items available for sale during games can be purchased through this website.

How do I return my item?

Items may be returned at the Dog House during our hours of operation.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Fees incurred from shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Items with Custom Plates

Customizable jersey embroidery is available for the price of $70. Once a jersey is customized, it may not be returned.
