Our New Dog House and official team store of The Brantford Bulldogs is located at The Brantford Civic Centre 79 Market St S, Brantford ON.

Shopping Hours are Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As of, MONDAY September 23rd 2024 our hours will change to:

Tuesday to Friday: 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

(please enter through the Bulldogs Office Entrance)

Regular Season and Playoff Games: One hour before game time until the game ends (must have a valid ticket to enter)

Return Policy

The Brantford Bulldogs will gladly exchange or refund items in the form of a store credit within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state (unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached).

How do I return my item?

Items may be returned at the Dog House during our hours of operation.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Fees incurred from shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Items with Custom Name Bars

Customizable jerseys are available for the price of $80 (plus the cost of the jersey). Once a jersey is customized, it may not be returned. Discounts do not apply to the custom name bars.
