Store: 9:30am–6pm without a ticket (must have a ticket to the game as of 6pm)

Store: 2pm–6pm without a ticket (must have a game ticket as of 6pm)

Sunday and Holiday Monday 2pm Game Days
Store: 9am–1pm without a ticket (must have a game ticket as of 1pm)

Sunday 4pm Game Day
Store: 11am–3pm without a ticket (must have a game ticket as of 3pm)

Return Policy

The Brantford Bulldogs will gladly exchange regular priced items in the form of a store credit within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state (unwashed, unaltered and must have all tags attached). Sale & Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How do I exchange my item?

Items may be exchanged at the Dog House during our daytime hours of operation. Exchanges will not be available one hour before each game & during peak game times (period breaks). Exchanges can be completed during game play time.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Fees incurred from shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Items with Custom Name Bars

Customizable jerseys are available for the price of $80 (plus the cost of the jersey). Once a jersey is customized, it may not be returned. Discounts do not apply to the custom name bars.
